Due to the continued issues regarding safety practices relating to Covid-19, all the current ‘live’ classes are limited in number of participants in order to maintain a 2 metre social distance.
You will be required to bring your own mat, hand towel, dyna band and soft pilates ball with you. I will have a limited amount of equipment but this will need to be sanitised before and after use.

Our Pilates classes focus on rediscovering flexibility whilst developing a strong core and frame. Ideally a towel is all you need to bring with you, but if you wish to use your own mat then please feel free to bring it with you. Please see our price-list for costs.

Our Pilates Flow class is a 45 minute long set of exercises that flow from one to another to maintain a strong workout that will give you an energising buzz! The workout is repeated for a month so you get the chance to really hone those exercises to get the most out of every stretch. A new month will bring a new workout to challenge and enjoy!
Pilates for Beginners:
For those of you that would like to try Pilates but have no current experience, we do run occasional beginners courses. These courses are 6 weeks long and we will introduce you to the basic principles and disciplines used in Pilates. If you would like to get your name on the list for our next beginners course then please contact me.
